Bazaar Queenstown is a charming marketplace experience that takes ‘exploring the menu’ to a new plateau. Goubuli Baozi was first created in 1850 during the Qing Dynasty by Gouzi Guiyou, a boy who had the nickname “Puppy”. He went to Tianjin to be an apprentice in a steamed buns shop and later opened his own. With superb hand skills, Gouzi improved the traditional way of making Baozi. Gouzi became obsessed with creating the perfect Baozi, transforming them into a work of art. Created with 18 perfect folds of symmetry they resemble a white chrysanthemum, which symbolises luck and unity.
